At the College of Elemental Chi Kung we take your privacy seriously. We do not share your information with third parties.

With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect on 25th May 2018 this informs you of what we gather and why.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 

How we use your personal information depends on your relationship with the College of Elemental Chi Kung. We use your information, in our legitimate interest, which is to provide  our services to you.

To keep your informed of the College of Elemental Chi Kung courses, workshops, retreats, classes and news;

To assess suitability for training courses;

To book you on to one of our courses, workshops, retreats or classes or for payment;

To support your learning, development and assessment on our training courses.

We retain personal information of our Chi Kung Teacher Training and Internal Alchemy students for 5 years.

We list graduates of our Chi Kung Teacher Training course, with their permission, on our Register of Teachers page on our website until they ask to be removed or if we are unable to verify their contact details.

We direct enquiries for Chi Kung Teachers to the Register  of Teachers page on our website.

With permission we retain email addresses and/or telephone numbers for marketing communications until unsubscribed.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS  

By signing up to receive our newsletter you consent to receive marketing communications about our courses, workshops, retreats, news and upcoming events.
